My Best Sushi Experience
I would have to say out of all the restaurants and sushi bars I have visited, my most enjoyable experience has been at this little sushi bar in Laguna. First off the food was AUTHENTIC and delectable. However the reason I will frequent this little spot, was the very personable sushi chef that served me my first afternoon at the restaurant. Worth the trip from anywhere!
This is the best sushi place that I have been to hands down. The atmosphere is comfortable and entertaining and then the sushi is outrageous. Even though I moved to San Diego, I still make the trip to Laguna at least twice a month for this amazing experience.    [10 Apr 2004 10:08:16]

Hapi Sushi is a MUST!
I have a good friend who lives in Laguna Beach and everytime we get together we make sure to go to Hapi Sushi. Everytime I have dined there with her, I have truly had a happy sushi experience.. tasty sushi
The sushi at this restaurant is by far the most tasty around. The sauces and unusual mixture of ingredients makes it so wonderful that you will crave it at least once a week. might be best on west coast!
Since I have been introduced to Hapi Sushi 4 years ago it has been my favorite sushi/raw fish place (excluding NYC's Nobu). Hapi Sushi is a must. You have to try it even if you are not into raw stuff. excellent place to go
I have been eating at Happy Sushi for 4 years and Sato the owner is the best chef I have met he know's his fish I am a chef myself. The atmosphere is great, a bit small but well worth it to come and visit. you must go there.    [18 Aug 2007 00:21:56]
