They incorporate the cuisine of different regions into the menu on alternating days. The pricing is not only reasonable, but an excellent value for what they offer.
A few of the Entree choices are their new Baby back ribs, Sirloin steak, Shrimp, Baked & Fried Chicken, Fried & Baked Fish, Salmon, Pork Loin, Carved Turkey, Carved ham, BBQ beef Ribs, Meatloaf, Pot Roast, Beef Brisket and Orange chicken
For kids of all ages they include pizza, mini corn dogs, chicken strips and more.
And there are plenty of side dishes, different varieties of rice’s, potato and Pasta dishes (including Mac n Cheese) and an assortment of vegetables like Spinach Marie, Candied yams, green beans, Carrots and on.
The food is prepared in small batches throughout the day to maintain freshness, taste & quality. They feature two salad bars, one is a make your own & the other has a variety of prepared salads such as potato, seafood, carrot & Caesar to name a few.
The soup bar usually has 2 choices for the soup of the day. A full range of condiments for your meal are ready & waiting.
At dinner there is a carving bar in addition to the hot entree bars and the side dish bars.
And they offer numerous desserts including always having reduced sugar choices as well as fresh fruit and muffins as well.
The entire menu changes daily, but repeats on the same day of the week so you know when to go in for your personal favorites.
I have always found the atmosphere to be light, the hosts friendly & attentive. Everything is always clean & ready. A wide array of beverages & desserts are always included and your welcome to refill at will. In my opinion you will not find a greater value with the variety than you get at Hometown buffet.
