Chaparosa Grill is the best thing that has happened to Laguna Niguel in a long time. The food is great the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is like a tropical vacation. The patio is so much fun, with lush greenery and several fountains.
The food is just a little bit different from anything in the area. You've got to try the artichoke and the crab cakes for an appetizer, the fish is always supberb,don't forget the steaks, ribs and Jamaican chicken. The desserts are unbelievable.    [03 Jul 2003 01:06:57]

Our favorite restaurant
Chaparosa Grill has a way of preparing food that sets it apart from other restaurants. We joke that their chef has a magic ingredient he uses on everything to make it taste so good. Not sure if it is the freshness of the ingredients or exactly what it is but you have to try it. Once you try it you will be hooked.

I love this place!
We probably eat at Chaparosa Grill twice a week and just love it. It is the perfect neighborhood place that is welcoming, warm and never boring. The owners and their staff are very friendly and want to make sure you are enjoying your dining experience. Excellent Local Restaurant
Chaparosa Grill has a eclectic menu - with something for everyone. Their lunchenon salads are outstanding, and their dinner entrees (especially the fresh fish) are excellent. Try the Eggs Benedict on their weekend brunch menu - and ejoy live jazz music.    [12 May 2004 21:08:05]
