What a restaurant!!!!
This restaurant is amazing such an eclectic menu. It is chef owned and run with his wife and partners Eduardo and Roberto. It opened in Nov 2005. We thought it was mexican because of the name Chaparosa far from it I asked Eduardo how to describe the cuisine he told me it's "California Cuisine with a Tropical twist" let me tell you the perfect meal there start off with a mojito then share a Calamari Cariba for an appetizer have a strawberry gorgonzola salad to share. Now to the entree if they have the coconut crusted opakapaka that's great it has a pineapple cashew plantain sauce or the jamaican chicken is great. For dessert they are all really good and homemade. This is without doubt the best restaurant in the area. They also have music on Friday nights and Sunday day.    [30 Mar 2006 14:36:00]
