RIVER OF SUSHI
Love the Benihana style floating sushi river... without the high price! Tucked in a seemingly bland stip mall in Laguna Niguel (sans Chapparosa Grill), patrons of this establishment can either sit at tables or around a bar that features a mini-river carrying
sushi food plates atop little boats! The boats float by and you take what you like, or order from the chefs who stand on the other side of the river bar, chopping, slicing and dicing whatever you want... kids especially love the details!
