Authentic
I am first generation American - from Argentina. I grew up around my grandfather's homemade pastas, sauces and other old-world favorites. I am really hard to please when it comes to Italian food. Well, food in general. Because of this, my biggest pet peeve is paying for poor tasting food.

At Upper Crust you will not be wasting your money. Not only is it reasonably priced - but it has old-world flavor! The sauce isn't some tasteless liquid to be ashamed of calling itself sauce - it's gots all the spices and flavors it is supposed to have. You could eat this on pasta or pizza - the way it is supposed to be. Fresh ingrediants. Even the spinach pies are amazing. Ask for sauce on the side - to pour over. These guys know what they are doing. They call it "New York" style - I call it Italian.
