High prices, low quality
I have eaten there several times. The food is so so, but the prices are high. They don't even include a salad with your meal. You have to pay extra for that. The dinner itself isn't even that big.

Acton Don Cuco is much better
If you have your choice of where to eat, the Acton Don Cuco's is much better. The people are friendlier and the food is much better quality. They give you ample portions in Acton.
The Margaritas are much, much better in Acton as well.

Maggies are limey
Their margaritas are very limey.
They give you skimpy portions even on the beans and rice (which cost practically nothing to them). They make you pay for a salad with the dinner entree also. Prices are high for what you get.
There is another Mexican restaurant in Lancaster that is much better both with service and with food quality.    [15 Feb 2003 13:54:25]

Drive a little farther
I agree with the other reviews. I personally drive to the Acton Don Cuco's. The service and food are much better there. The drinks are great. The Lancaster restaurant used to be much better but seems to have gone downhill lately. They put profit before patron. It used to be a nice place to hang out.    [07 Aug 2003 12:10:24]

Lancaster Don Cuco is the best
The food was excellent but they don't give you enough. They give too much beans and not enough of the main dish.

Very Good Food, Good Prices
We really enjoyed ourselves, the food was great, service was excellent. We ordered two dishes w/the New York steak. I even forgot my cell phone there and they were so nice, waited past when they closed so we could go back for it. We will definitely go back!    [29 Dec 2006 01:25:04]
