Simple request denied
Being a regular customer of Green Burrito, I have recently been disappointed. I recently visited our local restaurant in Lancaster CA. I ordered the Super Nachos with the chips on the side. A simple request! The girl at the counter hesitated at my request yet went ahead to relay the message to the food preparer. She came out a few minutes later and said the owner had seen that the preparer was putting the chips in a separate bag. He told the preparer NO! I had taken this order to go and do not like my chips soggy. Green Burrito has lost a regular customer due to the owners way of handling customer service. I thought this was a very simple request, yet, customer service was not a priority. Too bad! They just lost a customer and I will make sure that I pass on the word.    [08 Mar 2004 20:14:05]

food from the microwave
You order your food and it takes forever for them to cook it in their "microwave". I can cook a burrito in the microwave at home.    [11 May 2006 12:49:17]

Try the taco salad
They make a decent taco salad, although my wife finds it to be a bit too spicy. A nice change from Taco Bell.    [07 Nov 2006 13:20:12]
