Italian at its best!
My favorite dish, so far, is the Rollino Terra Mia. Homemade sheet pasta rolled and stuffed with smoked provolone cheese, eggplant and ham. Then they cover it with a light tomato/cream sauce. Heavenly!! I've also had their seafood, which is always fresh! Difficult to get in the tri-valley.
