Great Oysters
555 has the best raw oysters in Long Beach. The service was good but the dining area is old world DARK!
You can't see clearly what you are eating.

Steaks are a bit over rated. I recommend staying with appetizers.    [15 Feb 2004 11:13:14]

Good meat, poor food otherwise. Seems like crab cake and calimari were frozen. Bland presentation. Good wine list. Good service.

Best Steakhouse Around!!
The 555 is just about the best there is. A classic steakhouse about simplicity, while using the best ingredients. Just check it out. It is hard to find the old style that the 555 has. The dark wood, the piano, the clubby mens club feel. Very New York!    [10 Jul 2007 21:51:14]
