Best Indian Food Around
Let's face it, when you want Indian food, you don't necessarily think Montclair.

Nevertheless, this is very good, if not great, Indian food. The menu is so ginormous that it can be hard to decide. There are what, eight or twelve kinds of naan alone! (I like the olive naan.)

For the beginner, they offer several set menus. We (a party of four) ordered a set menu that was said to serve two to four, then ordered two additional dishes. That turned out to be just the right balance of safety and adventure, as well as just the right amount of food.

Everything was tasty. They can dial the spiciness up or down, on request. I guess my only criticism would be that the decor is heavy and old-fashioned.    [18 Feb 2007 15:10:17]
