Out of the Way Fusion
With an interesting menu, and even more interesting execution of the menu, this restaurant is a must try. Located away from the tourist centers of Monterey, Billy Quan's is a local gem. Service is well caring of the patrons, and the food is very well presented in every case. Unique spices also add the fusion aspect in an always pleasing way.    [16 Feb 2000 23:39:15]
