The Real and the Best Outside of Tuscany!
Ask for typical Tuscan pasta dishes such as pappardelle con salsiccia e funghi (flat home-made ribbon pasta with sausage, light tomato and porcini mushroom sauce) and spaghetti alla chitarra con agnello (home-made square spaghetti with saffron flour, ground lamb meat and pancetta [bacon] in a light tomato sauce and parmesan cheese).
