Despite the pretentious name, they actually have good bagels. They've got a selection of unusual bagels (marinara, asiago, sourdough) as well as the usual (garlic, plain, poppy seed). The marinara bagel has cheese on it and ends up tasting a little like pizza, so it doesn't make a particularly good sandwich.

Their hummus bagel sandwich is quite good - the hummus has a lot of flavor, and the accompanying vegetables are fresh and crunchy. Their chai is also quite good - much creamier than I would've expected.    [22 Nov 1999 17:03:36]
