Talk about Bad Service
No respect for the customer. The girl was rude and they only have broken high chairs. I had a coupon that I presented immediately upon sitting down. She gave me total attitude and took our drink order. After she came back with our drinks, she told me they wouldn't honor the coupon, but would give me 20% off the second meal! Bad move. We left. It's NOT how you treat customers. Much less in a recession. It would have been fine if I didn't get the coupon out, but to wait till after we started drinking . . .    [14 Apr 2009 01:59:54]
