Lobster Burritos!
What can I say about something that in my mind is perfect. I have been eating the "famous" fish tacos for years at Baja on Piedmont Ave and never tried the Lobster Burrito. WOW! What I have been missing.
A quarter pound of real lobster sauteed with onions, tomatos and cilantro then put on a tortiall with rice, cheese and salsa. I was in HEAVEN.
You must try this one. Also the other food is quite good as well.    [08 Feb 2003 18:45:32]

We are always eating here because it's so good!
I have been eating at Baja for many years and it keeps getting better.
Plus I like the way they are using more and more organic ingredients and they have a green philosophy for business.
My kids will always ask for Baja when it's put to a vote on where to eat and I will always agree.
