I've never been treated so rudely.
I called them for delivery. The woman who answered was extremely rude.

When she asked for my address, before I was done saying it, she curtly asked for my phone number. Briefly confused by this, I asked "Excuse me?". She replied even louder, shorter, "Your phone number! Whats your phone number?!".

She then refused to deliver to me because the prefix for my telephone does not originate from Oakland. She told me the number shows up as a mobile phone.

I explained to her repeatedly that I was not calling from a mobile phone, that I am calling from a business and we use Vonage as our phone service.

She retorted rudely "I never heard of that, you're calling from a cell. I TOLD you we can't deliver to a cell" and then hung up on me.    [01 Sep 2006 19:32:10]
