Great Diner Food! Great "'50s" style diner, but it's been around since the 1920s. Located on the historic 101 Highway, the 101 Cafe is aptly named. The food is great, with a wide variety of favorite dishes. My girls like the grilled cheese, but their burgers are hard to beat. [17 Feb 2003 21:02:12]

Not Worth My Money! Just moved here recently and decided to go to 101. Let me say I will never return. It does have its history and I am sure that many years ago it was a great place because of the food and atmosphere, but not anymore. From what I experienced the place will never live up to what it used to be. The food was awful and the service was mediocre. The atmosphere was nice, made me wonder what it looked like back in the '40s and '50s. I liked all the old pictures, but the food ruined the visit. The locals who have been going there for years may not appreciate my comments but who really likes to eat garbage! Why run a place with such history with poor quality food? Everything tasted like leftovers you forgot about in the fridge! [17 Aug 2005 22:29:32]

Great Food Fun Place My family had heard about the Cafe years ago and had wanted to come check it out. We came in at a busy morning rush and were greeted with a friendly smile and great service. We enjoyed the authentic '50s atmosphere and tasty food. We'll be back again. [17 Dec 2006 17:38:19]

Highway 101's Best Cafe What a fun place to stop. Great food, service and authentic surroundings. Everything from the expected great burgers to their to die for fresh turkey will tease your appetite. Loved this place. [07 Apr 2007 12:53:01]
