Oh, you've got to see this place I took my grandchildren to McClintock's Cafe, along Old Route 66 is a must place to stop. Ask about the history of this once "Pony Express Station" back in 1860-61. The history of this place is very interesting.
Their hamburgers are made from alfalfa & corn fed beef, no additives, and it certainly shows in the taste. Simply the best great and it's huge. Fries were good as well.
If you prefer a great Chili Dog, don't hesitate to order this monster either. According to one of my grandkids: "It's the best ever". And this is coming from a teenager who loves "Pink's" in Los Angeles. LOL
Oh, don't forget to ask the owner if it is ok to go outside and walk with the two big chickens! Bring your camera, you'll see.... [10 Dec 2003 14:20:48]
