Chicken con flavor
...OK, that's not really spanish, but me and my gringo friends used to say that about El Pollo Norteno. Absolutely the best chicken I have ever eaten. Very similar to El Pollo Loco, but much more flavorful. Excellent tri-tip as well.

Might not want to wear anything too flammable, and leave the hairspray at home. Burning embers often waft out of the kitchen and float over the dining area.    [03 Jun 2005 12:33:28]
