Missing Freddie The untimely passing of Freddie has had a effect on the operation of this fine restaurant. It needs that special someone to meet and greet, add that personality back. It has the makings of a Cheers-type restaurant and pub. The menu meets all my needs, it's just missing the fun. [14 Jan 2007 21:26:51]

I will never be back to Chicago Freddie’s Don’t expect to see the entire Jazz show from a booth. I took my wife there for our 17th wedding anniversary on 2/17/07. I paid $95 for the meal and two beers. We listened to the piano guy during our dinner as the saxophone guy was an hour late. When we finished our dinner, and the sax guy was setting up, we were told we had to move from our booth as someone else had reservations. $125 (including tip) and we got kicked out of our booth and didn’t even get to see the saxophone play. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! [18 Feb 2007 21:49:36]

It's All Good The steak was tender, the drink was stiff, and the atmosphere was relaxing. A mix between classy and kicked back . . . my kinda place. :) [02 Jun 2008 16:33:35]

Fantastic Entertainment My family had two fabulous evenings at Chicago Freddie's. Paul the entertainer was SUPERB!! Food was excellent, and we enjoyed the selections and price points.
I have recommended to many others. We were there 10/24and 10/25. [10 Nov 2008 11:28:08]
