Overrated fancy-smancy in Palm Desert
This mediocre restaurant is a favorite in the California desert. I can't imagine why. You can tell by the clientele that they think they're in a great place. They're not. Snotty waiter, and not good food. Outrageous prices for what you get. Totally overpriced wine list (PLUS $25 corkage!!). Dined there 3/15/05. I can't imagine returning except under duress.
