Muy Bueno!
El Mirasol is Mexican food at it's best. Whenever we go to Palm Springs a visit to El Mirasol MUST be included. It's not much to look at. It sits on Palm Canyon Drive and is rather plain.
The line will tell you, you have found a winner. They have a tiny bar where you can order a killer margarita while you wait for a table. The have tables in the two inside rooms and a large patio out front.
This place is always busy and rocks. They have some of the best and most friendly wait staff in the desert. If you can get Barbara as your waitress you are lucky. She can't be beat!
The food here is true Mexican. The Crab Enchiladas are NOT on the menu, but they will make if you ask. Their mole is the best and any dish with mole here is a winner.
They also have the typical tacos, burritos and enchilidas, however try one of the more regional, true dishes.
