The Worst Italian Ever!
How can an Italian restaurant mess up the most popular dish - Fettuccini Alfredo? Or in Graziano terms: Flour water with noodles...This restaurant is not only overpriced and bland in pleasing the palette, but does not even cater to aesthetic efforts. How Italian is that?! The management is rude and will not refund a disappointing dish nor compensate it with dessert. This place needs to go back to Italian Cooking Basics 101 and Back to Good Business Practices 101 before attempting to service the public.

Wonderful Food and Excellent Staff
I have eaten at Graziano's three times now and have been wowed each time. The Gnocchi Pesto melted in my moth. The Eggplant Parmigiana was among the finest I have had. It is stuffed with ricotta and herbs, and the sauce was amazing. But the salmon was by far the best. Grilled to perfection and served in a rosemary-lemon sauce, the salmon was the best I've ever had in any restaurant. The salad with Bleu cheese dressing is the way to go, and their wine list is very nice and moderately priced. I heartily recommend this restaurant.    [26 Jul 2004 19:01:39]

Worst Italian food I've EVER had
Horrible food, no ambiance and rude management. the only reason this place is still around is there are not alternatives in Petaluma. Sad excuse for starting an Italian restaurant.    [01 Oct 2005 23:17:59]
