Major Complaint
I hope this will reach the head office because I was treated very poorly as a customer. I ordered a combo meal and wanted extra curly fries with my order. The lady that took my order really didn't understand my order and she thought that on my combo I wanted to make my regular fries is to curly fries and didn't charge me for them. Which is a simple mistake. When I got home to eat all I had in my bags was my hamburger, and curly fries. There was no regular fries in the bag. So I went back down to get my regular fries and the manager there treated me as if I was some major inconvenience to her. She told me that I was gonna hve to pay for the regular fries because I wasn't charged for them. It was not my fault that the lady at the drive thru couldn't understand what I was saying. Also the manager was arrguing with me about my order. Whatever happended to the phrase that the customer was always right. Anyway I was treated very poorly and I didn't like it. I think your employees need some reviewing on customer service, because I was not treated that well at all!!!!    [13 Jan 2004 17:30:01]
