Went there Sunday night...
Had dinner at the Liberty Hotel Restaurant on a Sunday night, when arriving did not seem like much, but inside was a different story. Comfortable surroundings, Service was excellent and so was the food, choices of steak, pork and seafood dishes. Soup and salad included with entree.

Pittsburg's best kept secret
The Liberty Hotel has a wonderful history and you can read about it on their menu. One of their specialties is flambéed food. Steaks that they will grill and then light on fire right at your table. It makes for an impressive show if nothing else.    [13 Feb 2004 11:35:13]

Heaven on a Plate
My husband and I went on a Friday night. I can highly recommend the melt in your mouth prime rib. The atmosphere and the service are wonderful. The New York cheesecake with Bailey's Irish Creme was to die for. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and had a chance to compliment the chef.
