The salad was brown, and there wasn’t any lobster in my salad, which the menu said there was shrimp and lobster. The manager I talked to was abrupt, but took away all of our salads. I felt like he thought we were being difficult, and didn't feel like he knew why we were upset. I heard a server talking about the server we had got into trouble over the issue. The servers name was Yessica I believe and she was wonderful, even gave us the website to find the biscuits they made, which my daughter loves, she even gave us some to take home, and told us how long to microwave them. She was very pleasant, and happy even after the manager came to talk with us. The manager said he would be right back and he would take care of something however he never came back, I didn't catch his name since he wasn't wearing a nametag.
I will come back to Red Lobster, for the biscuits and the atmosphere.    [26 Jan 2004 13:53:12]
