POOR SERVICE AT COWBOY BURGER
We have been going to cowboy burger since it opened --today was the worst -- the food was late, very late, and cold, as well as not fixing what we ordered -- I ordered French toast on whole wheat (my health requires me to have whole wheat) but it came on white bread -- also the waitress dropped my husband's boast off the dish onto my food -----    [23 May 2004 16:00:07]

Large portions of tasty food
My husband and I enjoy Cowboy Burger but usually steer clear of it at lunch time - boy, does that place get BUSY!! The menu offers something for everyone and the food is consistently good.    [16 May 2005 21:06:49]

Unhappy customer
I was very upset today when I called an assistant manager at the Cowboy to complain about my lunch I received today.

First of all, I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and a small salad. I paid over $6.00, almost $7.00. When I received my order, I received two containers 1)A bean and cheese burrito, rice, beans and chips. 2) A large size salad.

I did not want all of that food. The assistant mgr, I think her name was Henrietta told me that all of their burritos some with rice, beans and chips. She also said that next time, I need to say I want a dinner salad and then they will make it small.

What part of a Bean and Cheese burrito and a small salad did they NOT UNDERSTAND!

Then I get back to the office and take a bite out of the burrito and I do not like it! The beans were all dried up like paste. I could not even eat it . It's ashame that I spent good money for lunch and did not get what I wanted.

The manager was unprofessional, she did not even care. Telling me how I need to order next time, and telling me that I can not order a bean and cheese burrito by itself, with no rice and beans. She did not do or say anything to make things better.

I will not eat there again. They don't seem to care if you walk away with something you don't want.

What Did I Just Eat?
I just ruined dinner for the second night in a row, and instead of trying to scrounge something up, my husband and I decide to try Cowboy Burger for the first time. We have driven by it a hundred times and always said we would try it. They have a large selection and huge portions, but even this doesn't make up for the fact that the food was AWFUL. I had the taquito plate; the only thing that was halfway decent was the beans. The taquitos consisted of lunch meat rolled up in a tortilla (and no, I am not kidding). My husband had the shrimp dinner that came with jumbo shrimp, onion rings, and fries. Surprise, surprise, it all tasted like bad fish sticks. And what did we pay for these two awful meals? $20.
