The Cheesecake Is Good , at Least
I went there with a friend for dinner on a Friday night around 8 and we walked in and were informed because business was slow that night they were totally shut down. I was not impressed at all by that, but I was able to order cheesecake to go and it was great. Unfortunately I did not get to try the rest of the food and will probably not go back because of their lackadaisical approach to business.    [04 Nov 2005 01:41:04]

Enjoy the Low-Key Atmosphere
We've eaten in the dining area, the bar and have ordered takeout. The food has always been very good and the prices are reasonable.

Not Up To Par
We have eaten here for years and have always been pleased; however, yesterday was one disappointment after another.
The salad was listed as containing prawns, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts with a roasted garlic dressing, but was mostly a flavorless pasta. The greens were minimal and only leaf lettuce. The dressing was unremarkable. The "special" pastrami French dip was served on a doughy white-bread roll with beef dip. The french fries were the best thing on the plate. It also seemed that it was our waitresses first day and she could have done with a bit more training. We were there for a birthday lunch.
