Food was good. We went on a Sunday morning and the line was incredibly long. Pancakes are huge and omelette was tasty.

The management was nice; however, the restaurant was so busy that the planning (where people sat and how soon) was off. Management sat his friends before customers, that was a downside.

In requesting pancakes instead of potatoes and bagel (potatoes and bagel are a part of the meal) as a part of my meal, I got push-back from the servers. The server charged me extra for the pancakes. There was lack of friendliness and customer service.    [30 Aug 2004 16:46:35]
