Tarboosh serves higher-quality, more authentic versions of all the typical foods you would expect to find at a Middle Eastern restaurant (falafel, hummus, kebabs, etc.). Their schwarma is not made from ground meat like most places; it's actual chunks of lamb with strong flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg. On Friday and Saturday evenings, it turns into a Beirut-style dance party, with live (Arabic) music and hookah smoking at the sidewalk tables.
