Almost Hong Kong... I take the Chinese martial arts sifu's who are visiting to this restaurant. They invariably complain that it is almost as good as Hong Kong. If you know the Chinese, then you understand this is high praise! The dishes and seafood are fresh..lots of seafood experimentation to be had, but the dim sum is really excellent. For Dim Sum we usually get the shrimp dumplings, the enoki mushroom wrapped w/ beef, shark fin shui mai is excellent, and either baby bok choi or Chinese broccoli for greens. For dinner we start w/ the $10.00 shark fin and shredded chicken (serious power food) and the order up the Peking duck which is a bargin and always to be had... the kids love the chicken chow mein. All the dishes are fresh and seasoned appropriately. [23 Jun 2003 20:03:35]
