No Customer Orientation
It's your basic BK fare here. If you have eaten at a BK anywhere, you have eaten here. But the reason to stay away from this one is the treatment of the customers. The owner is a wannabe cowboy lady who seems to care more about profits than customer satisfaction. She yells at her managers and crew in front of customers and is very rude when handling complaints. There used to be a manager named Raul who was great with customers but I haven't seen him in a while.
