One of the Best Soon Dofu restaurants ever
This is a small restaurant with almost no atmosphere whatsoever. What they lack in decor they make up for in taste. They have several Korean dishes that are required at almost every Korean establishment. Dolsot Bibim Bap. Neng Myun noodles. Kim Chi Chigae. But it is without a doubt the soon doobu that makes this place shine. The tofu has the taste and texture of homemade. The broth is filled with flavor but not overpowering. It has been suggested that you should have soon doobu either HOT or MILD, no inbetween. I love the pork but clam, beef, and oyster all seem to be popular as well.

In addition to the main dishes are the sides. I have eaten at Korean restaurants every where but have never been anywhere that tops this place. Rice is a purplish long grain/wild rice mixture. Kim chi dishes include a slightly sweet radish and the ubiquitous nappa cabbage. For dinner they serve a mini egg and chive pancake that is crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside.
