Delicious I regularly visit the Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse at 269 West Foothill Blvd. in San Dimas, CA. Every time I have visited, the food has been fabulous and the service great and friendly. If you visit Pinnacle Peak and you hate it, you are obviously not going to the right restaurant. I highly recommend visiting the Pinnacle Peak on Foothill Blvd. and ask for Dallas. She is a great waitress, always friendly, and is guaranteed to put a smile and your face and make you laugh. [07 Nov 2002 13:44:20]

Yum One of the best steak restaurants I've ever been to. The service is excellent, and the food is too. Word of advice, though, never wear a tie. They will come and cut it off. It is sort of a tradition there. They have you sign it and then they hang it from the ceiling. It's fun to watch when they spot someone who has a tie. [11 Apr 2003 23:43:51]

Forget Those Two Medium Well steak? Blasphemy!!
The steaks at Pinnacle Peak are delicious and cheap!! $13.99 for a Cowboy (a porterhouse steak that is usually 22 oz.) Their cooks are excellent!
You don’t get that BS at other places...when you order a medium rare and get a medium-to-medium well! They KNOW how to cook a steak. If you order it Medium-Rare, its going to be a warm RED center! The best way to enjoy a steak...other than rare ;)
Combo the steak with some sautéed mushrooms...its awesome. I recommend going in on a Tuesday, or Wednesday, for the lines are not too long. On Friday and Saturday, they have half an hour to one-hour wait...but its well worth it!
Moreover, their apple cobbler a la mode is delicious. [27 Sep 2003 02:08:44]

I have been eating at Pinnacle Peak for 30 yrs I was just a kid the first time I ate at this restraunt.. It was such a great joy to watch the cooks through the big window they have outside. Now that I am an adult I have not been able to take my son there. The last time there it was a 2 hour wait.. the end of July we will be back down for a 20yr high school reunion and I will make it a point to eat there, even if i have to wait 3 hours... The best so far Unbeliavable steaks, big, juicy, tender, and most important, fabulously smoked by the mesquite fire. I even ate the refried beens, that I usually dislike. Once, I watched someone having his tie cut off. How fun. My only disappointment: I would appreaciate serious steak-knifes at the table, when a place serves such remarkable steaks. My favorite steak-house I started going to the Pinnacle Peak in Garden Grove years ago. Since moving to the Inland Empire, I was so glad to find another close by. Steaks are cooked to perfection, the service is friendly and with a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is a great place to get together with friends & family. [30 Mar 2005 17:36:39]

Not to be missed! I have had most everything on their menu over the years... and I look forward to coming back. Everything is great, in an informal atmosphere where you are even appropriate if you walk in after a hard hot day of hiking or horseback riding. My daughter likes their hot dogs, too. Even the desserts are wonderful, and large portions. Don't miss Pinnacle Peak if you're in this area! [01 Jul 2005 21:12:48]
