Outrageous Value A friend took me out to San Fernando just to eat at James. We both had the Ribeye Steak. It came with a dinner salad and a choice of sides. The service was good and the meal was an excellent value. This restaurant is not for the gourmand but for those who really enjoy good food and honest service. [27 Dec 2005 17:19:55]

Good Food, Budget Prices We discovered James's coffee shop on a trip to SoCal. The food was hearty and the ambiance was classic 1950's coffee shop, right down to the red leather booths and fake wood paneling. My omelet, the Hobo, was chock full of bacon, sausage and mushrooms. All the items were hot and fresh. If you enjoy real coffee-shop food, this place is for you! [10 Nov 2007 02:36:47]

One of My Favorite Restaurants This is a really good restaurant. I prefer these "mom and pop" restaurants. The service is welcoming and the food is great. Prices are very reasonable. The menu is huge, so every time I come to San Fernando, I always try something new at this restaurant. [02 Jan 2008 20:43:50]
