Pretentious Staff
We were there two days ago. My wife and I and were pleased with the atmosphere and the quality of the food.
However the service is terrible. The majority of the staff, particularly the female staff acts very pretentiously and rudely without any smile (especially) or basic "Thank you" and "You're welcome". It's like WE do you a favor to be there and should thank YOU to allow us to spend our money there. The management should observe these attitudes and definitely either train properly, replace the negative elements, OR, be replaced themselves. It is not sufficient to try to look luxurious, you ought to act luxurious. Competition is high and service is what it's all about.
No more Ana Mandara for us.
