Located in a large Chinese mall in San Gabriel, Vegetarian Delight offers many excellent Buddhist Chinese dishes. Some of the fake meat dishes are more realistic than others, but they're all quite good.

Weekday lunch specials, including an entree and soup, are an incredible bargain at $4. On the weekend the lunch specials are still quite reasonable at $6.

Every meal I've ever eaten at Vegetarian Delight has been great. Many non-vegetarians I know say it's their favorite restaurant; it certainly is my favorite.    [07 Mar 2000 23:51:04]

Veggie Delight is gone!!!
I've been going there for years, and just recently found out that it is gone. I'm sad beyond words. the new restaurant is non-vegetarian, just like all the other restaurants in the awful, crowded, never-can-find-a-parking-space mall. now i have no reason to visit the place, ever.

if anyone knows the whereabouts of
