Authentic Japanese Food, Pricey but GOOD A Japanese friend of ours introduced us to this place. Seems like every time we come here, there are always crowds of boisterous Japanese merrily eating their yosenabe and chugging down Sapporo beer - always a good sign! The food is excellent, and there is attention to detail in all the dishes. The soup stock used for the yosenabe and the udon show great depth and character. The beef teriyaki was very carefully cooked - charred on the outside, but tender and succulent inside. Try the negimayaki - teriyaki beef wrapped around spring onion. The sushi was good - fresh and tasty - and you can always tell a good restaurant by the quality of its wasabi! Highly recommended. [24 Feb 2004 23:29:40]
