Glass-topped beach towels cover the tables here in... - Digital City - suggest change

Cute little beachy place and you can see the kitchen from where you eat so you know what they're making. The menu has a lot of exotic dishes to choose from and is constantly changing. The beach towels under glass were a cute idea that help to complete the beachy atmosphere but I thought the restaurant seemed a little unclean (i.e. sticky chairs, dirty floor, didn't seem to have any air ventilation whatsoever).
