Pretty good for the Money
The food is pretty good, the best part is that they deliver!!!

High Prices, Bad Service, Cold Food.
I was at Cafe Tandoor last week, they have increased their prices tremendously and the bad service.
They charge extra if your order is less than $10 on CC.
Before I could finish saying what I was telling the lady at the counter, she left and didn't even care.

The entire time I was there their service was very unprofessional and when I asked why the cold food is served she said, this is how it is.
Come on, I have been to that restaurant at least 20 times in past.
Big Attitudes.

Outstanding Food, Great Decor, Fantastic Service
I have been visiting Cafe Tandoor for past 1 year with my family. They have the best food in Tri Valley. What really impress me that their staff is very friendly and helpful each and every time. Decent food, but bad service makes it unpleasant experience
This had happened to me couple of times now, staff is rude, not helpful and seemingly does not care if the customer will walk out.

Great Food, Attentive Service
We have been eating at Cafe Tandoor for over a year at least 2 times a week. It is really a nice place with great food and very attentive service. We have two little kids and the staff have been more than co-operative to warm a bottle or clean up the spills on the table with a smile! I think the prices are also very reasonable, given the fact that it located in a very upscale plaza in San Ramon. Two thumps up!    [10 Dec 2006 16:23:58]

Great Food and Service
The food is excellent here and I could never be bored with such a great menu. The service is great as well including the fact that while you are waiting for your food they have great music and excellent atmosphere. I definitely recommend this to any Indian lover out there.
