Awesome Korean/Tofu eats!!!
I just tried Gaesung for the first time.. I am not a vegetarian, but love vegetarian dishes (tofu, soy, etc.. not vegetarian but very health-minded eater), so the "tofu" in the name caught my eye. So we went and it was great! I plan on going back soon b/c there was so much on the menu that i wanted to try!    [07 Aug 2003 16:35:36]

I would NEVER have touched Tofu before...
I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy who used to shun any mention of the word tofu. In my world, tofu = yuck. But then I went to Gaesung House of Tofu for a business lunch and was fascinated by these little boiling pots of soup and decided to give it a try. I immediately fell in love with this new discovery and have been back a few dozen times since. My personal favorites are the original tofu soup and the mushroom soup, both ordered at maximum spiciness. I'm still not much of a tofu fan under any other circumstances I have tried it, but the folks at Gaesung know how to make a soup which keeps me coming back for more.    [20 Jan 2004 14:00:40]
