Extremely poor / rude service

Don't Pass Up Due to These Reviews!
One of the best restaurants in Santa Cruz. Farmer's Market fresh ingredients with the comfort of great authentic Italian dishes. Come here if you know good food! This restaurant is very crowded on weekends so come during lunch or weeknights. I've never had a bad waitperson. The cheese dish is always good. Local artesan cheeses pair with wonderful wines. Best in Santa Cruz County
I usually go to Avanti for lunch. This is a hidden jewel. The food, atmosphere, and staff are all five-star, for a three-star price! I can't say enough about the quality (all organic, when possible) and flavor of the dishes served. They are perfectly seasoned with a gourmet flair, without the pretentiousness found at many other five-star restaurants.
