Bill's Takeout Has Variety
Bill's has been around Santa Maria for a long time. It's family-operated, and you can watch the crew totally busting out in the kitchen -- which is always a great aspect to any place I buy food from.

Bill's has an extensive menu with at least 25 different items to choose from, mainly Mexican and classic American things like tacos, menudo, burgers, corn dogs, chicken nuggets, etc.

On a busy day, or during lunch/prime time, it can take 10-20 minutes to get your order. You can also call your order in.

The food is probably not good for the health-aware people, as Bill's is notorious for greasy bags and wrappers.

But the food is very damn flavorful -- worthy of the greatest of the "take-out joints."

On those weird days, when you can't make up your mind as to what you want to eat, you can go get a small but heavy cheeseburger and two carne asada tacos -- and a soda . . . Burrito? Menudo?
