Great Food
The Halfway House Cafe has been in Saugus since 1931. It is called Halfway because it was the halfway stop between Los Angeles and Palmdale back in the day. It has great food and great service with good prices. The atmosphere shows alot of historical importance (old photos of the cafe and signed pictures of alot of famous people. It has been featured in many films and shows. They just recentally opened the patio section so there is no wait on the weekends.    [05 May 2005 02:03:42]
