Patty's Place is my kinda place If you enjoy a great steak, this is your place. Small and personable dining area. Patty herself is a wonderful host. Service is second to none. [22 Jun 2005 16:15:40]

beware First if you are not a regular, service is very poor from the bar. Male bartender is rude and acts like he is better than you. He treats regular customers who have money like gold and the rest of you who are not in the upper class like peons. Good Luck [29 Jul 2005 12:11:35]

Our Special Place We have been there three times ~ and keep going back for special occassions because the service is impecable; the food superb ~ the ambiance perfect. We especially love the special table for two for birthdays and specal events by the aquarium ~ perfect Patty is a very gracious hostess and although we are far from being "regulars" we have always felt very open. We highly recommend it for a special evening. [20 Mar 2007 17:23:49]

Awesome Grub. I go to Patty's for brunch on the weekends. The porkchop and filet benedict are always a toss-up. [22 Aug 2007 23:04:46]

Home away from home Patty's Place is our "therapy session" when we are stressed from work or family or life. When we leave after a relaxing, fantastic meal and a great drink or glass of wine, everything is O.K. in the world. Patty sees to it, with a hug and a smile. The whole staff there, even the bus boys, are warm and friendly. Chuck, the "male bartender", is always warm, personable, quick with a story or a joke, and full of information if you want to talk about cocktails. As for being cold to newcomers, I've never seen that. Even though we are now somewhat regulars, when we first tried Patty's I remember feeling like we were always welcome, never uncomfortable. It is a small establishment, and they can be really busy on a weekend, maybe to the point that "g" above may have felt overlooked. But Chuck or any of the staff aren't like that and never treat anyone as if they are a peon. Our favorite table is the raised booth in the bar. It's a great perch from which to people watch and observe the action in the bar, which is always fascinating. [22 Sep 2007 17:48:56]
