The food was okay, although I felt it was priced too high for the quality and portion that I received. The service was absolutely poor. Waitress came to take order before we were ready, so I asked her to come back, then she took way too long before she came back. We just waited and waited. She did not pay any attention to our EMPTY glasses! Had to ask for a refill, more than once. It was 9:30 p.m. during the week. There were only two other tables that she was serving, one of which was only ordering dessert. I would hate to see the service this waitress gave during "rush hour." Took way too long to get our food. The fries were hard and greasy; they tasted like they had been cooked a couple of hours prior to my ordering them, then just reheated. Okay if you aren't in a hurry
We usually go here for Saturday or Sunday breakfast. They are always very busy on these days. The food is okay, but the service is usually rather slow unless you happen to get someone who knows how to serve people. We have found that most places don't train their staff in how to really give good service to their cutomers, checking
