Waterloo Club?
Waterloo CA (formal name)
has been on HWY 88 for years, packed with people, short ribs, celbrities, smiles, 3 hour-waits for dinner, a large cow bell for the game, Newcastle Beer on tap, the smell of fresh basil and rosemarie.

This restaurant created the first Italian B-B-Q sauce, now available at Cosco and local groceries. No matter how many large restaurant chains have offered top dollar to "partner" with the Club, Betty and JT have never sold out.    [23 Apr 2003 17:47:28]

Waterloo Club
Heard about this place about a couple years ago. Finally went and waited the anticipated 1.5 hour wait (for table for two). Ordered ribs with the first Italian barbecue sauce. Yeah, I'll pass on that next time. Food was good, not really outstanding. Not sure what the big to-do is about this place. Great ambiance (kinda rough and rugged, in a total dive sense), but food just falls short.    [08 Oct 2008 16:47:41]
