Waterloo CA (formal name)
has been on HWY 88 for years, packed with people, short ribs, celbrities, smiles, 3 hour-waits for dinner, a large cow bell for the game, Newcastle Beer on tap, the smell of fresh basil and rosemarie.

This restaurant created the first Italian B-B-Q sauce, now available at Cosco and local groceries. No matter how many large restaurant chains have offered top dollar to "partner" with the Club, Betty and JT have never sold out.    [23 Apr 2003 14:47:28]
