Excellent Dumplings
This restaurant has only been open for about 4 months, but already has a dedicated lunch crowd. If you visit, you may want to try for a Sunday night, when it's less crowded. Some of their dishes only appear on the Chinese-language menu; ask your waiter about them.

Highly recommended are their fresh potstickers (which I believe aren't on their English menu). They make everything here (even the dough) and assemble the potstickers only once they're ordered.

We also tried a spicy shredded pork dish, a fish tail, and a vegetable dish (like bok choy, but light green all over; I can't remember the name). All were quite good, and served in large portions.

Service was very good, though I must vote them the 'Restaurant Most Astonished That We Could Use Chopsticks.' They refilled our tea promptly, kept an eye on us without being intrusive, and spent a lot of time explaining the dishes on the Chinese-language menu to us.
