Salmon Skin Heaven . . .
This is a gem in the rough.

Great Sushi....Very generous portions. The same can be said for all of Yuji's creations. The BEST salmon skin hand roll ever . . . no toaster oven on this one . . . very crunchy. Very Generous Portions!!!
Great blue fin toro sushi. Big sliced toro more than double I never saw. Very fresh, melt in my mouth. Oh, my goodness!! They charged me only $12.80. Every time other sushi bar charge me $25 for very small portion toro sushi. They have a lot of great Yuji special roll. Excellent small sushi bar.
